BullsEye Telecom (Booth 422) is adding telecom expense management to its flagship product, Corporate Advantage, which combines broadband with local toll and long-distance services to meet the needs of multilocation companies.
BullsEye Telecom’s expense management service, powered by Tangoe, provides robust reporting and analytics allowing customers to view their telecom expenses across all service types. Customers can use this information to spot trends, make decisions that drive cost-effective telecom spending and implement process improvements.
Tangoe’s software solution, the Communications Management Platform (CMP), delivers the ability to manage, track, audit and plan the communication environment across the enterprise.
CMP’s capabilities are segmented into modules corresponding to major telecom expense management processes as follows:
• Knowledgebase — delivering telecom expense management industry reference metrics
• Provisioning — requesting and ordering of telecom services and equipment
• Inventory — building a dynamic services inventory footprint
• Contracts — managing carrier agreements
• Billing — allocations, payment, approval, credits and disputes
• Auditing — audit contractual commitments, billing, service levels and more
• Reporting and Analysis — transforming telecom expense management data into useful management information
The company declined to reveal pricing and commission information on the TEM product, but said it would be rolling out “extremely lucrative incentives” at this week’s Channel Partners Conference & Expo.
