Channel Partners: Tigerpaw Releases Quote Import Tool

Tigerpaw Software Inc. (Booth 1535), a developer of integrated customer relationship management, service automation and inventory control software, has released a new quote import tool that allows channel dealers to import a manufacturer's quote spreadsheet directly into Tigerpaw’s service software without any manual input.

Users also can assign a quote in Tigerpaw to multiple service orders, generate a personalized proposal from a quote and assign items on a quote to a phase or project stage.

Quote imports have been designed for D-Tools, Mitel and Toshiba, and Tigerpaw is in the process of adding select manufacturers such as Channel Online, Cors Productivity, ShoreTel, Tadiran, Tech Data and Westcon to its list of quote import templates.
